About Denise

Friendly, patient, energetic and caring, Denise gives her clients the same attention she would want if their roles were reversed. As a result, her clients become friends, and her friends become her clients.

Licensed since 1983 and a Broker since 1989, Denise serves her clients with professional efficiency and dedication. She promises consistent communication and effective, ethical negotiation for the benefit of all who buy or sell with her help.

Denise has devoted hundreds of hours to continuing education in real estate skills. After graduating from UCLA, she added the study of architecture, real estate management and real estate law to her B.A. in Sociology.

With her husband Bob (since 1966,) and their large family, Denise moved to a lakeside Ashland ranch in 1973. Living there gave her valuable experience and insight into the intricacies of living with and managing rural property, livestock and land use issues. And as co-owner and manager of a small contracting business, she gained further knowledge of construction and permit issues. She regularly puts that knowledge to use for her clients.

Having fallen in love with Southern Oregon, Denise not only likes sharing it with new residents, but has donated over 30 years of volunteer and advisory service to its schools, cultural life and planning processes. She is a long-time Director on the Board of the Rogue Valley Symphony, one of the first two Jackson County Directors elected to the Rogue Community College Board of Education, and a Charter Member and past President of the Lithia Springs Rotary Club of Ashland. She has also chaired the local Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service and Scholarship Committee.
